      Yes, we are insured with Leisure Insure. If you require certificates for any reason please contact us.

    • Where do you deliver to?

      Please click here to refer to all our delivery locations. We deliver Free of Charge.

    • Do you deliver to parks?

      Yes. 

    • How long have you been in business?

      We are a new business established in 2018, however, don't let that put you off, we are delivering a great service to all our clients, please look at our testimonials so far.

    • Do you work with other companies in the party industry?

      Not currently. If you wish to work with us please contact us we are open to discussions

  • Rental process

    • Do I need to place a deposit?

      Yes. We take a 50% deposit once your order has been confirmed with you. This can be paid either through BACS, Cheque, Cash or Credit/Debit Card.

    • How far in advance should I reserve?

      We take bookings up to one year in advance.

    • Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?

      We deliver and set up all inflatables for you. This is included in the price

    • What is your cancellation process?

      You will lose your deposit if you cancel within one week of delivery. 

    • Can I put inflatables on concrete/patio's/driveway?

      Due to insurance and safety, we recommend that all inflatables are not set up on concrete/patio's or driveways.
